BLACK LIST OF TAXPAYERS UPDATED

Pursuant to the Decree on conditions and criteria for publishing the list of tax debtors (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 56/12 of 09 November 2012), adopted by the Government in October 2012, which has been in force since 1 July 2013, the Ministry of Finance and Tax Administration have published the list of the largest tax debtors.

The list contains names of 200 taxpayers with the highest amount of the tax debt for corporate income tax, vallue-added tax, real estate turnover tax, conssisions and excise.

The other list contains names of 50 taxpayers with the highest amount of the tax debt for personal income tax and social security contributions.

Pursuant to the Decree, the lists shall be published on the MTA web page quarterly.
